Combi vans

A combi van a type of the van body, which can be used for the simultaneous transportation of goods and people.

A combi van is a specific combination of passenger minibus and a closed box van, which allows achieving a compromise solution in the case of the necessity to simultaneously transport on the same vehicle both people and cargo whose volume is much larger than a standard passenger vehicle can accommodate (e.g., equipment and a team of specialists maintaining it).

The body of the combi vans is divided into two functional compartments. In the front of the body, there is a compartment for the driver and the passengers (the total number of seats is usually about 5-6, less often - up to 8-9), and in the back there is a cargo compartment separated from the passenger compartment with a partition. Access into the passenger compartment is through the driver's door, through the front passenger door and/or a sliding door located on one of the sides. The cargo compartment has a hinged door located in the rear wall of the combi van body, but some models also provide access to the cargo compartment through the same sliding door as to the passenger one.
