Milk tankers

Milk transport is a tank mounted on the frame of a conventional truck, which is intended for transportation of milk and other liquid food products (vegetable oil, mineral and drinking water, juice concentrates, etc.).

The main problem faced by carriers in the course of transportation of food products is a high degree of dependence of these cargoes on special storage conditions. That's the source of the high requirements to milk transports. For example, the isothermal capacity of the tank is created by the presence of a heat-insulating layer in its walls and this is what allows maintaining the temperature needed for milk preservation even when the outside temperature reaches +35°C, during a sufficiently long transportation (about 10 hours). Some modern tanks of milk transports are also equipped with special cooling devices, which allows significantly increasing the maximum time (and as a result, the distance) of transportation.

The closed construction of the tank truck body protects the cargo from the negative impact of environmental factors, and the anti-corrosion coating of the inner walls prevents any possibility of oxidation. Additional equipment may include the system of sensors that measure the temperature of the substance and its level.
