Das originale Horch 853 Fahrgestell bzw. der Horch Rahmen wurde bei dem Verkäufer (Horch Classic GmbH) auf das Horch 855 Spezial Roadster Fahrgestell umgearbeitet
Fahrzeuggeschichte
Die Sensation der internationalen Auto- und Motorrad-Ausstellung in Berlin 1938 war der Horch 855 Special-Roadster. Eine wunderschöne Roadster-Karosserie mit dem Motor des Horch 853 A. Die geschwungenen Kotflügel
der üppige Chromschmuck und die gediegene Ausführung machten den Wagen zum Star der Ausstellung. In der Folge entstanden immerhin sieben Special- Roadster mit Karosserien von Gläser oder dem hauseigenen Karosseriebau. Auf den Bildern ist der von Gläser gefertigte Roadster mit der Fahrgestellnummer 853028 zu sehen. Dieser dürfte das letzte verbliebene Modell dieser Reihe sein
das die Zeiten überdauert hat
