Just drove a Volvo FH 540 and wanted to share some thoughts. First off, the cab is quite roomy with plenty of storage options, which is a must for long haulers. Seating comfort is good, though not the best I've experienced. The Euro 6 engine puts out efficient performance, and coupling the trailer was straightforward with the design provided. However, I noticed that insulation could be slightly better for noise reduction. Overall, it's a solid machine on the road, handling well even with a substantial load.

I had the opportunity to drive a Volvo FH 540 recently. It's evident that this model posts interesting specs. The D13C540 engine performs adequately, though certain road conditions made me wish for slightly quicker response. I appreciate the cab's spacious design, offering good visibility. Certain interior materials feel durable, while some areas could use enhancements. Overall, it's a solid performer in most regards.

Been driving the FH 540 for a bit, and I want to comment mainly on finding parts. Finding outside mirrors for this truck hasn’t been an issue lately, which is good 'cause I broke one trying to squeeze through tight yards. Prices on mirrors kind of jump around, but at least you can get them fast in Ukraine. There’s a bunch of options from right to left side mirrors, and I really needed that. Delivery’s quick and never left me hanging for long. Minor thing-the part numbers sometimes are confusing. Bit annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, I’m glad it wasn’t a hassle getting what I needed. No real major complaints, but tracking down the right part sometimes takes more time than you'd think.

Having driven the Volvo FH 540 for several weeks now, I'll share my thoughts. I found the cabin design practical with excellent visibility and adequate controls. The engine performs admirably under typical workloads, though I perceive some struggle near its upper weight limits on steep grades. Fuel efficiency is within expectations for this class of vehicle. Maintenance accessibility appears well thought out. Overall, it's a solid truck suited for versatile operations.

I've been driving trucks for years, and recently got behind the wheel of the latest Volvo FH16. That engine seems quite efficient, providing noticeable fuel savings. The torque increase adds a bit of extra power when it’s really needed. However, I felt the control wasn't as intuitive as hoped-maybe just requires additional getting used to. Overall, a solid upgrade from its predecessor.

I had the opportunity to drive the Volvo FH 540. The cabin felt spacious and arranged well, which helped during long hauls. The engine performance was solid, maintaining a consistent power output even under heavy loads. Although I noticed that the cabin design could use a touch of modernization.

Took the FH 540 for a few trips recently. Definitely a reliable truck with great handling, even on challenging roads. The fuel consumption seemed average; could be better balanced. But overall, it’s dependable.

Recently tried out the Volvo FH16, particularly intrigued by its impressive D17 engine, delivering up to 780 horsepower. The control via the I-Shift was intuitive, though it took some getting used to during steep inclines. Cab comfort was excellent, both for driving and resting, especially the Globetrotter version. Minor issue: transitioning during low-speed maneuvers required extra attention.

Ran one of these FH16s last month, 700hp, so not the top one, but wow, the new motor yanks hard. I noticed the improved braking too, especially with a full trailer coming down the pass. Gear shifts are smoother than the old 540s, you don't get that hesitation when you kick it up a gear. Nothing bad to say about reliability, Volvos usually hold up, and this one feels just as solid. Didn’t see any big change comfort-wise - seat's decent, bunk is the usual, but you still get a bit rattled after 12 hours. Maintenance costs? Well, parts are never cheap on Volvos, so prepare yourself, but I’d say it’s not worse than before. Biggest plus for me is being able to switch to biofuels, let's see how the new tech holds up with that long term. Might be tricky at first with fuel quality, but I’m willing to try it.

I've driven the Volvo FH16 on several long hauls, and the power from its 16-liter engine impresses. The 700-hp output paired with the I-Shift transmission feels robust yet smooth. That being said, it took me a while to get accustomed to all the onboard systems. For economics and safety, it's a solid choice.
