BRAKE SYSTEM:
Knor or Wabco products are used in the braking system designed according to European regulations. It is equipped with automatic brake ratchets, brake valve, brake bellows (30 cylinders), brake pads (394x200), axle brakes (4 sensors 2 modules EBS system). There are 2 interchangeable and protected brake sockets in front of the trailer. 60+60 lt capacity air tank is installed.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
Saba brand
2x7 pin sockets - 24V, lights according to SAE standards.
Rear tail lights, side marker lights, brake safety warning lights and signal lights will be installed.
There will be 2 tail and stop combination lights.
2 indicators will be installed.
1 license plate light.
The electrical system complies with European standards and is flame retardant.

KING-PIN:
Turkish brand OMS is used. It is a 74080 standard bottom removable king pin and is made according to SAE standards as 8 bolt type. It has E certificate.


PAINTING:
All parts are carefully cleaned before painting.
First protective primer and epoxy is used for painting.
Two coats of high quality paint are applied to the tanker.
The tanker is painted white. It can be painted in any desired color. If a different color is requested, it will be reflected as an extra cost.

KURTUBA manhole cover:
It is mounted on the tanker by welding the lower neck plate to the upper part of the tanker. The upper plate is connected to the throat plate with sealed gaskets and screws. Standard ports are provided to mount the vapor recycling valve, level sensor, measuring rod, and vent. The diameter of the center opening manual cover is 250 mm.


KURTUBA pneumatic control unit
It is installed inside the tank truck cabinet. The air system drawn from the vehicle's air cylinders is connected to the inlet of the control unit. It has separate buttons for each eye and a clock indicating the air pressure, it allows to control the system during filling and emptying of the tank.

KURTUBA Bottom Valve
3" Norm type bottom valve is connected to the bottom of the tanker separately to each compartment. The drawn installation is brought into the cabinet and the valve is connected to the end. It is used for filling and emptying the tank on the command received from the control unit. In case of an accident, it acts as a safety valve to prevent the product in the tank from emptying if the valves in the cabinet break. The system is completely made of aluminum (eteal 171), gaskets, Viton spring and fasteners (inox) are made of chromnickel and pressure and tightness tests have been performed.

KURTUBA API valve:
It is mounted inside the cabinet of the tanker, each compartment separately. It is used for emptying the tank. The system is completely made of aluminum (eteal 171), gaskets, viton spring and fasteners (inox) are made of chromnickel and pressure and tightness tests have been performed.
